Fluffy pancakes

Ingredients

1 ½ cup all purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dairy 2 ½ cup milk free milk
2 Table tablespoons vegetable oil

Preparation

1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat until one drop of water gently sizzles and pops.

2. Mix the dried ingredients together in a large container. Wet ingredients are being shaken be careful not to mix too much. If there is a story, let Peter sit for a minute so they can may be crippled.

3. Fill a quarter cup and pour the batter over the skillet. Cook over medium heat. When to flip the edges begin to dry out and the bubbles begin to pop.

4. Cook for another 2-3 minutes and add vegan butter, maple syrup, agave syrup, or fresh fruit.




Carrot muffins

Ingredients

1 cup whole wheat flour 1 cup raw carrots, grated
1 cup oats or wheat bran 1 cup water
1 table spoon cornstarch 1/3 cup sugar or maple syrup
2 teaspoons baking powder ¼ cup light flavored oil or vegan butter, melted
1 tea spoon allspice 1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon


Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats or bran, cornstarch, baking powder, allspice, toss in cinnamon and salt gram carrots. Add water,  sugar or maple syrup, and oil or butter, and mix gently.

3. Spoon it into light oil or lined muffin pan, so  that each tin is about two thirds complete. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a  toothpick is clean. Approval cool the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a baking rack.

Tofu French Toast

Ingredients

8 ounces of silken tofu
 ½ cup dairy-free milk
1 teaspoon agave or maple syrup 
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 ripe banana
Vegan butter or mild-flavored oil for cooking
6-8 slices of bread

Preparation

1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

2. Mix tofu, skim milk, syrup, cinnamon and banana  until smooth. If very often add a few tablespoons of extra dairy milk or water. Coating mixture in a shallow dish and in the bread dipping mixture, coat well on both sides.

3. Melt one teaspoon of oil or vegan butter in a hot skillet, then add your soaked bread cook for 4-3 minutes and flip to cook on the other side once the edges are golden brown. Repeat with the remaining bread.

5. Serve with fresh fruit, powdered sugar or maple syrup.






Savory breakfast sandwich

Ingredients

¼ cup apple cider vinegar 8 ounces button mushrooms, sliced
3 tablespoons soy sauce 1 medium tomato, chopped
¼ cup olive oil 2 cups baby spinach leaves
1 ½ teaspoons black pepper, divided ½ teaspoon dried thyme
1 14-ounce package firm tofu, drained
and cut crosswise into 8 slices
1 teaspoon salt
1 large onion, chopped Vegan butter (optional)
4 cloves garlic, chopped 4 English muffins, toasted

Preparation

1. 450oF from preheated oven.

2. In a shallow baking dish mix together the vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil and as spoon black pepper with a jerk. Place the tofu piece on  the plate in a single layer, then turn on the coat around. Allow the tofu to marinate for  20 minutes, turning occasionally.

3. Place the baking dish in the oven for 20 minutes. Tofu pieces, Convulsions and an additional 10-20 minutes until most of the fluid is absorbed.

4. Meanwhile, spray a large skillet with oil or cooking spray. Serve with onion and garlic medium high heat until onion starts to soften. Add the mushrooms and continue cooking until they start to brown. Add tomatoes, spinach, thyme, salt and remaining black pepper. Stir and shake the spinach until the spinach is cooked and the heat is evaporated medium low if vegetables turn brown very quickly. Adjust the season.

5. To combine the sandwiches, spread the vegan butter on the English muffins, if used. Then add 2 tablespoons of half cooked vegetables under each muffin. At the top distribute the remaining vegetables evenly over 2 slices of tofu and tofu slices. On all 4 sandwiches. Cover half of the other muffins and press to hold vegetables from scattering.
