Cheese Salad Recipe

1 cup whipped cheese, coarsely chopped or diced
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 large tomato, diced
1/2 cucumber, dice
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
Fresh-cracked black pepper, to taste
Freshly cut incense


1. Add the feta, garlic, olive oil and black pepper to a food processor. Mix until smooth.

2. Transfer to a bowl and combine with tomatoes, cucumber and green bell peppers. Add the lemon juice and season with the black pepper and give a quick stir.

3. Drizzle with more olive oil, garnish with cilantro and serve immediately with instant chips. Enjoy!

Mix all the ingredients in a large salad bowl. Toss to check that the lemon juice and
salt have spread evenly. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
